I was able to start my day off seeing these amazingly perfect looking clouds.

The weather was perfect today. I love fall. I love that there is actually a fall season where I live. Where I grew up, there was like a few days of "fall." One day the leaves on The tree were green. The next day they were all yellow. By the third day, EVERY SINGLE LEAF was on The ground.
I was still living in Montana, September 11, 2001. I remember exactly where I was, when the news broke. I was sitting in ms. Baus' history class. I can even remember which desk I was sitting in. Little did we know, that day was making it in to our kids' history books.

Today is a day that I really tried to treasure. I'm so thankful for my little family that God decided I was good enough to take care of. I'm thankful for my other family, that feels more like family than my blood fam. Today was a big day for our church. We had our first service at our new location. It feels like because this happened, we have all grown closer now together as a family.
I was able to cut my little nephew Connor's hair tonight at his first birthday party. Forever, I will be the person who gave that mister his first cut. Thats so special to me. Wish I would have taken a pic to insert here---->
My baby brink is growing up so fast. She was wore out from the birthday party today but HAD to watch yo gabba gabba before she went to bed.
I feel so fortunate to have my little family all tucked in bed. In my home. Where I know they are safe. I pray for comfort and peace to those families that were affected by the attacks 10 years ago. Next time you see your kids' , parents, spouses or even siblings face, hug and squeeze a little longer this time.
P.s. this was my view ending today. September 11, 2011. Fall.is.here. :D

You are right- children are a blessing from the Lord! It is such a mission field to raise them up according to His holy gospel. So thankful you have a good church home. : )
