finishing up Christmas, with a tardy Tuesday

Oh man! This Christmas season was good.

This was the first year since me and john have been together, that we actually stayed in town. I'm thinking we won't do it again. Having 3-4 thanksgiving dinners a year, is enough. Now we had 3 Christmas ones too! Man, I'm ready for my belly to recover from the holidays, and get this new year started off right. I would like to ACTUALLY RUN, in race for the cure this year, instead of walking, or sleeping in for the cure. Umm...what's sleeping in anyway?
I decided that I received so many great gifts this year, so I had to show you my top 3 favs. It was hard to just show you a top 3, because I got some great stuff this year, but I figured I wouldn't bore you with "look what I got! And I got this, And this, and oh! This!"
I really like this one. Homemade. From my mommy.

Grams and my step mom got this for me and john. Wow. My teeth feel AWESOME! Seriously. You should get one. I requested this for Christmas.

And some new strings, for an old friend. Oh, how I've missed you....

Brink got a sweet guitar from Santa for Christmas. She loves it. She walks around singing the barney song, and strumming away...She looks like she wants to smack me in the head with it.

Phone smells like onion from my Christmas breakfast. Poo. Kept wondering what that awful smell was, when I was talking on the phone. Thought maybe it was my breath. And I kept smelling it on my hand. Then I realized....
I made this recipe off pinterest. Easy crockpot scramble. Here's the link...

I'd give it a 6. I added some bell pepper to it. It probably would have tasted better if I put more cheese, more seasoning and real meat instead of fake. But it was nice to wake is and breakfast to be made with hardly any effort.

We got to see my baby niece a couple times this week. How easy it is to forget how little and sweet they start out being.

Then, they turn into little girls that want to eat candy all the time.

Then you have to bribe them with candy, to get them to make cute little handprint snowmen.

Barrett Got some yummy animal crackers from his meme. The real ones. First time to have em, and he was lovin him some of those.

When I rocked Barrett to sleep, I found his little toes, lovin on his blanket.

Another few homemade gifts for the fam this year.

And I will leave you with some love.
I hope everyone's Christmas was everything you wanted it to be.
